Lake Brownwood State Park Halloween Trunk or Treat Invitamos a las familias a un Trunk or Treat de Halloween divertido y seguro el sábado 24 de octubre, de 3:00 p.m. a 6:00 p.m., en Lake Brownwood State Park. Los niños pueden ponerse sus disfraces de Halloween y salir a pedir dulces mientras los campistas decoran sus sitios de campamento y reparten golosinas en un ambiente al aire libre ideal para toda la familia. El evento también incluye Creepy Crawlies with Ranger George, una actividad educativa con un toque escalofriante. ✨ Diversión para toda la familia y aventura segura al aire libre Este festivo evento crea un ambiente acogedor y comunitario donde los niños pueden pedir dulces de forma segura entre sitios de campamento bellamente decorados en Willow Point Campground. Los campistas están invitados a participar decorando sus sitios y repartiendo dulces; hay sitios de campamento gratuitos para quienes se inscriban para ayudar a organizar el evento. Es la oportunidad perfecta para que las familias disfruten del hermoso entorno de Lake Brownwood State Park mientras celebran Halloween juntas. Entrada e inscripción Se exonera la tarifa de entrada para este evento especial a cambio de un artículo de donación (más adelante se anunciarán los artículos específicos que se necesitan). Los sitios de campamento gratuitos para los campistas que deseen decorar y repartir dulces se asignan por orden de llegada. Participants can borrow fishing poles and tackle from the park, making this program perfect for beginners, no prior experience or equipment is necessary. This program is free with park entrance . The program is weather dependent.

🔭 Stargazing Night at Lake Brownwood State Park Experience the wonder of the night sky during a special evening of stargazing at Lake Brownwood State Park. Guests will have the opportunity to view celestial objects through telescopes while learning about stars, constellations, and other fascinating sights overhead from knowledgeable volunteers. Whether attending for the first time or returning as a seasoned skywatcher, this program offers an unforgettable look at the universe above. ✨ Starry Skies & Shared Discovery The program takes place in the park’s Day Use Area, where visitors are encouraged to bring a folding chair or blanket to relax under the stars. To help preserve everyone’s night vision, guests should bring a red light instead of a white flashlight and be mindful of vehicle headlights when arriving and departing. Astronomy enthusiasts are also welcome to bring their own telescopes and share their passion for the night sky with fellow participants. 🌌 Admission & Information This program is included with park admission and is weather dependent. Guests who would like to volunteer as astronomy educators can contact the park staff for more information. Visitors are encouraged to call the park during operating hours before attending to check the status of the program if weather conditions are uncertain.
